What is IPL ?
IPL stands for Intense Pulsed Light. It is a unique light procedure using a flashlamp to safely heat the very superficial layers of your skin. This heat causes targets close to the surface of your skin such as melanin (pigment) and tiny blood vessels that cause redness to be eliminated.
